Thedeshpost.com – Nepal – भारतीय सेना के अग्निपथ कार्यक्रम में नेपाली नागरिकों के शामिल होने की अनुमति देने की माँग अब और भी जोरदार हो गई है। इस सप्ताह बुधवार को पोखरा में गोर्खा वीरों के लिए आयोजित पूर्व-सेवा में पदक समारोह में भारतीय सेना प्रमुख जनरल धिरज सेठ के शामिल होने से पहले यह मुद्दा फिर से चर्चा का केंद्र बन गया। जनरल सेठ का यह तीन-दिनेस आगंतुक कार्यक्रम चल रहा है।

पोखरा में सैकड़ों पूर्व-सेवकों का प्रदर्शन

जनरल सेठ के आगमन से कुछ दिन पहले पोखरा में सैकड़ों पूर्व भारतीय सेना कर्मचारी, उनके परिवार और गोर्खा अभ्यर्थी सड़क पर उतरे। उन्होंने नेपाल के प्रधानमंत्री बालेन शाह से अग्निपथ के तहत भर्ती की अनुमति माँगी। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने शाह और गृह मंत्री सुदन गुरुंग को एक स्मरणपत्र भी सौंपा।

सेठ के नेपाल दौरे में अग्निपथ का उल्लेख नहीं

जनरल सेठ के दौरे की पृष्ठभूमि में यह भर्ती अडचनी अपरिहृत बनी रही, हालाँकि नेपाली सेना प्रमुख जनरल अशोक राज सिग्डेल के साथ उनके वार्ता के आधिकारिक विवरणों में इस मुद्दे का कोई ज़िक्र नहीं किया गया। सोमवार को राष्ट्रपति रामचंद्र पौडेल ने जनरल सेठ को नेपाली सेना के जनरल की सम्मानित पदवी प्रदान की। मंगलवार को जनरल सेठ काटमांडू में शाह से मिले, परंतु आधिकारिक बयान में अग्निपथ का कोई उल्लेख नहीं आया।

काटमांडू से टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया को बात करते हुए पल्टन कृष्ण बहादुर खत्री (सेवान्य) ने कहा कि नेपाल की यह नीति उनके युवाओं को एक अवसर से वंचित कर रही है, जिसे अनेक गोर्खा परिवार आज भी विदेश में कम-वेतन वाले रोज़गार से कहीं बेहतर मानते हैं।

“यदि सरकार विदेशी सेनाओं में भर्ती की अनुमति नहीं देती, तो उसे घरेलू स्तर पर रोज़गार प्रदान करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।”

कैप्टन रुद्र थापा (सेवान्य) ने बताया कि इस अवरुद्ध स्थिति ने अनेक युवा पुरुषों को खाड़ी देशों और अन्य देशों में कम-वेतन, शारीरिक रूप से कठिन नौकरियों की ओर धकेल दिया है, जबकि वे सैन्य सेवा के माध्यम से कहीं अधिक आय कमा सकते थे।

“यदि उन्हें भारतीय सेना में अग्निवीर के रूप में शामिल होने की अनुमति मिलती, तो चार वर्षों में वे लाभों सहित लगभग नेपाली रु. 45-50 लाख कमा सकते थे,” थापा ने कहा।

अग्निपथ और 1947 समझौते का संदर्भ

भारत ने जून 2022 में अग्निपथ योजना शुरू की थी, जिसके तहत अभ्यर्थी चार वर्षों की सेवा करते हैं और अधिकतम 25 प्रतिशत को बाद में नियमित सेवा में शामिल किया जा सकता है। नेपाल ने नए शर्तों के तहत भर्ती की अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया, तर्क देते हुए कि चार-वर्षीय अनुबंध मॉडल 1947 के त्रिपक्षी समझौते पर आधारित दीर्घकालिक सेवा और पेंशन व्यवस्था से एक विचलन है। उस समय के बाद से किसी भी नेपाल-निवासित गोर्खा की भर्ती नहीं हुई है।

In recent weeks, amid stop-start peace efforts, the hawkish narrative got a significant boost from a fake quote first posted by an Indian X handle, which then raced through Tel Aviv-Washington political and diplomatic circles, right up to PM Benjamin Netanyahu and White House."Alert," the account, @Real Bababanaras, posted on Aug 5, "While world is expecting peace, IRGC Chief Ahmad Wahidi again threatened -'There will be no talk on Enriched Urenium (sic) or nuclear weapons, as long as US & Israel are owning nuclear weapons, we will keep working on it for national security. If they dispose, we will dispose." This reference was to Brig Gen Ahmad Vahidi, head of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, and one of Iran's powerful military figures.In less than two hours, another India-based account, @Im_Ritikaa, posted a paraphrased version in Hindi.Neither cited any sources.

An Israeli news outlet, Y Net, and The New York Times have since reported that there is no evidence this statement was ever made by Vahidi. But the posts on Indian X had already found resonance in Israeli media. By the afternoon of Aug 5, Mossad Commentary, a prominent Israeli account (but not affiliated with Israel's intelligence agency, Mossad), published the fake statement with a comment: "The regime is not preparing to abandon its nuclear ambitions.

It is buying time. There will be no deal." The post was seen more than 300,000 times by Aug 17.About half an hour later, Israeli broadcaster Channel 14 English posted it as news, with its own comment: "This is the first time an Iranian official has admitted to developing a nuclear bomb." The post had almost 450,000 views at the time of filing this report.By evening, Israel PM Netanyahu's son Yair had reposted both. From there, the claim made a short leap to Netanyahu's podium.

By the night of Aug 5, it had made its way to Fox News (which clarified later the claim had been "taken out of context and amplified").The actual Vahidi comment, it said, was based on one made in 2025 – that Iran's position on nuclear weapons had been transparent, and Iran was "ready to do whatever it deems necessary in response to their (the US's and Israel's) repeated aggression".So, how did an anonymous Indian account become the cited source for the Israeli information ecosystem?

This was, incidentally, not the first time material had travelled between @Real Bababanaras and Mossad Commentary. In at least two posts this year after Iran war began – one reporting continuing explosions in Iran after a US strike as evidence that missiles were stored there, and another which reported a US strike on an alleged uranium-enrichment and nuclear research facility – it cited @Real Bababanaras as the source.As early as April, a month and a half after the US and Israel began air strikes in Iran, @Real Bababanaras posted Tehran was preparing for its "first official nuclear test within weeks". Days later, @Falcon UpdatesHQ, which has over 150,000 followers and claims in its bio to be based in Kerala, echoed that, claiming Iran was preparing to conduct its first official nuclear test within a month.

The claim was recycled by @Im_Ritikaa in May.Earlier this year, Yonatan Hassidim, CEO of an Israeli firm that monitors and analyses online and social activity, said in an Israeli parliamentary hearing that about 70% of accounts sharing Netanyahu's posts in their sample were not Israelis at all. "That is to say, an Indian account shares a video of the Israeli prime minister speaking in Hebrew. Within 12 seconds, it has already understood that this item interests it – it apparently understands Hebrew – and shares it," he had said, before citing the example of an Indian account that "tweets more than 165,000 tweets a year".

"So these are high volumes, and this is some kind of average account," he added, "We have seen ones with 300,000 a year and more as well."The loop is still active. महाराष्ट्र FDA ने बॉलीवुड त्रिभुज को भेजा नोटिस, कमिश्नर ने कहा: कोई नहीं बचेगा

विमल एलाइची विज्ञापन पर नोटिस जारी

Thedeshpost.com – 11 अगस्त को महाराष्ट्र खाद्य एवं दवा प्रशासन (FDA) के ग्रेटर मुंबई विभाग ने शाहरुख खान, अजय देवगन और टाइगर श्रॉफ को शो-कॉज़ नोटिस भेजा। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, तीनों कलाकारों के विमल एलाइची विज्ञापन में शामिल होने से प्रतिबंधित पान मसाला और तंबाकू-संबंधी उत्पादों का अप्रत्यक्ष प्रचार हो रहा है। विभाग ने इस नोटिस को “अंतिम चेतावनी” बताया और कहा कि विज्ञापन खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 तथा संबंधित नियमों की धाराओं का उल्लंघन करता प्रतीत होता है।

नोटिस के अनुसार, “विमल एलाइची” ब्रांड नाम का प्रयोग विमल पान मसाला से संयोजन पैदा कर सकता है, जिससे उपभोक्ताओं को भ्रमित किया जा सकता है और प्रतिबंधित उत्पाद का अप्रत्यक्ष प्रचार हो सकता है। तीनों कलाकारों को तुरंत विज्ञापन में भाग लेना या उसकी समर्थना करना बंद करने और अपने आधिकारिक सोशल मीडिया खातों, वेबसाइटों तथा अन्य डिजिटल मंचों से संबंधित प्रचार सामग्री हटाने का निर्देश दिया गया।

कमिश्नर मुंधे का कड़ा रुख

नोटिस जारी होने के अगले दिन, सोमवार को, महाराष्ट्र FDA के कमिश्नर तुकाराम मुंधे ने पीटीआई से बातचीत में चेतावनी दी कि प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं की विज्ञापन-क्रियाओं पर कार्रवाई केवल सेलिब्रिटी समर्थकों तक सीमित नहीं रहेगी।

“कोई नहीं बचेगा।”

कंपनियों और मंचों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई के सवाल पर मुंधे ने कहा कि विज्ञापन श्रृंखला में शामिल हर पक्षधर जाँच का शिकार बन सकता है।

“ये नियम हर उस व्यक्ति द्वारा पढ़े जाने चाहिए जो विज्ञापन बना रहा है, प्रकाशित कर रहा है या प्रायोजित कर रहा है।”

“नियमों के अनुसार, पूरे श्रृंखला में हर व्यक्ति जवाबदेह है। यह सबके लिए लागू है। अतः उन्हें खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक (विज्ञापन और दावे) नियम, 2018 को पढ़ना होगा। जो भी इसमें शामिल होगा, उसे नोटिस भेजा जाएगा और उसके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जाएगी।”

नोटिस में माँगे गए विवरण

अधिकारियों ने कलाकारों या उनके प्रतिनिधियों से यह जानने की माँग की कि उत्पाद के समर्थन से पहले कौन-सा ड्यू डिलीजेंस किया गया। नोटिस में स्पष्टीकरण माँगा गया कि विमल एलाइची एक स्वतंत्र रूप से विपणित उत्पाद है या पान मसाला/तंबाकू उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ब्रांड-एक्सटेंशन के रूप में इस्तेमाल हो रहा है।

इसके अलावा, समर्थन समझौतों की प्रतियाँ, कैम्पेन ब्रीफ़, भुगतान विवरण, विज्ञापन एजेंसी और ब्रांड मालिक की जानकारी माँगी गई है। टीवी चैनलों, डिजिटल मंचों और सोशल मीडिया खातों की सूची भी जमा करानी होगी जिन पर विज्ञापन प्रसारित या प्रकाशित हुआ।

तीनों कलाकारों को अपनी प्रतिक्रिया और समर्थन दस्तावेज़ जमा करने के लिए 15 दिन का समय दिया गया है। वे व्यक्तिगत सुनवाई भी ले सकते हैं।

प्रशांत किशोर ने बंकापुर विधानसभा सीट पर शपथ ली — जन सुराज की पहली जीत

बिहार विधानसभा में नई शुरुआत

Thedeshpost.com – सोमवार को जन सुराज पार्टी के संस्थापक प्रशांत किशोर ने बिहार विधानसभा में बंकापुर विधायक के रूप में शपथ ग्रहण की। यह शपथ उनके बंकापुर विधानसभा उपचुनाव में जीत दर्ज करने के तुरंत बाद दी गई।

बीजेपी की पक्की सीट पर धमाका

बंकापुर बिहार की एक शहरी विधानसभा सीट है, जो 1995 से बीजेपी की पक्की मानी जाती थी। इस सीट पर बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नितिन नवीन का नाम था, जिन्होंने सीट खाली की थी। प्रशांत किशोर ने अपने निकटतम प्रतिद्वंद्वी को 19,324 वोटों के अंतर से हराया।

“सुरक्षित सीट” की तलाश नहीं थी

किशोर ने पहले ही स्पष्ट कर दिया था कि वे किसी “सुरक्षित सीट” की तलाश में नहीं हैं। उन्होंने जानबूझकर बंकापुर से चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला किया ताकि बिहार के मतदाताओं को यह संदेश दिया जा सके कि जाति और धर्म की सीमाओं से परे उभरना अब संभव है।

जन सुराज की पहली जीत

यह जीत जन सुराज पार्टी की स्थापना के बाद किशोर की पहली निर्वाचन-विजय है। पार्टी को 2025 के बिहार विधानसभा चुनावों में एक भी सीट नहीं मिली थी। चुनाव आयोग के आंकड़ों के अनुसार बंकापुर उपचुनाव में मतदाता उपस्थिति 34.24 प्रतिशत रही।

विजय के बाद संदेश

“इस बार बंकापुर के लोगों ने हमें जीत दिलाई है, और उन्होंने ऐसा इसलिए किया है क्योंकि उनमें आशा और विश्वास है कि हम उनके अधिकारों के लिए अपनी पूरी क्षमता के अनुसार आवाज़ उठाएंगे, और हम यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे कि उनसे कोई गलत काम न हो।”

किशोर ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि उनका एजेंडा बंकापुर तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह बिहार के लिए एक व्यापक लक्ष्य पर केंद्रित है।

बिना बैरियर टोलिंग से सड़क उपयोगियों में अनुशासन बढ़ा

Thedeshpost.com – राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर अब स्पष्ट संकेत मिल रहे हैं कि बिना बैरियर टोलिंग यानी मल्टी-लेन फ्री-फ्लो (MLFF) प्रणाली और उल्लंघनों के लिए जारी इ-नोटिस का संयुक्त प्रभाव सड़क उपयोगियों में अनुशासन बढ़ा रहा है। पहले जो अनिश्चितता थी, वह अब धीरे-धीरे कम हो रही है।

पहले प्लजाओं में इ-नोटिस की गिरावट

गुजरात के NH-48 पर स्थित चोरियासी टोल प्लाज़ा, जो इस प्रणाली का पहला प्लजा था, उसमें इ-नोटिस की संख्या मई में 1.7 लाख से जून में 1.1 लाख तक गिर गई और जुलाई में यह आँकड़ा 92,240 तक पहुँच गया। दिल्ली के मुंडका टोल प्लाज़ा, जिस पर MLFF 10 मई को लागू हुआ, उसमें जून में 1.69 लाख इ-नोटिस जारी हुए और जुलाई में यह संख्या मामूली गिरावट के साथ 1.67 लाख रही।

नए प्लजाओं पर प्रणाली का विस्तार

वर्तमान में पाँच टोल प्लाज़ाओं पर MLFF संचालित है। दिल्ली-जयपुर राजमार्ग पर दाउलतपुरा और दिल्ली-चंडीगढ़ राजमार्ग पर घराऊंडा पर यह प्रणाली क्रमशः जून की तीसरी और चौथी सप्ताह में शुरू हुई। सबसे हालिया प्लजा दिल्ली-जयपुर राजमार्ग पर स्थित मनोहरपुरा है, जिस पर MLFF 1 जुलाई को सक्रिय हुआ।

डेटा से पता चलता है कि दाउलतपुरा, घराऊंडा और मनोहरपुरा पर MLFF के पहले महीने में जारी इ-नोटिस की संख्या चोरियासी और मुंडका की तुलना में काफी कम रही। जुलाई में दाउलतपुरा ने 33,038 इ-नोटिस जारी किए, जबकि घराऊंडा पर यह आँकड़ा 86,760 और मनोहरपुरा पर 70,550 रहा।

अनुपालन में वृद्धि का कारण

“जैसे-जैसे टोल न भुगतान के लिए इ-नोटिस के बारे में जागरूकता फैल रही है, सड़क उपयोगी अधिक अनुशासित बन रहे हैं। विशेष रूप से सक्रिय FAS टैग के बिना कारों के मालिक भी अब नियमों का पालन कर रहे हैं,” — NHAI की टोलिंग प्रणाली में शामिल एक अधिकारी

नॉटिस अनदेखे करने का परिणाम

इ-नोटिस को 72 घंटों के भीतर चुकाना या उस पर अपील करना अनिवार्य है। इस अवधि पार होने पर वाहन मालिक को टोल राशि का दोगुना भुगतान करना पड़ता है। लंबे समय तक न भुगतान करने से वाहन के वहीन-संबंधी सेवाओं में भी बाधा उत्पन्न हो सकती है।

SAD प्रमुख बड़ाल की पत्नी ने NIA जाँच की माँग की

नंदेद गुरुद्वारे पर हुए हमले की विस्तृत जानकारी

महाराष्ट्र के नंदेद शहर स्थित हज़ूर साहिब इलाके में माता साहिब गुरुद्वारे की यात्रा पर गए सिरोमनी अकाली दल (SAD) प्रमुख सुखबीर सिंह बड़ाल पर 13 अगस्त, 2026 को हमला किया गया। आरोपी की पहचान 62 वर्षीय जसपाल सिंह के रूप में हुई है, जो उसी गुरुद्वारे में करीब दो वर्षों से सेवादार के तौर पर कार्यरत था। इस घटना में बड़ाल के दाहिने हाथ को चोट लगी थी और उन्हें तुरंत इलाज के लिए अस्पताल भेजा गया। सुरक्षा कर्मी ने हमलावर को रोकने का साहसपूर्ण प्रयास किया, जिससे स्थिति और गंभीर होने से बचाव संभव हुआ।

स्वयं सहायता के लिए सरकार के प्रयासों पर हमला करने वाले आलोचकों को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि पेट्रोल, डीजल, उर्वरक, दवाइयाँ और तकनीकी चिप्स जैसे संसाधनों को हथियार बनाया जा रहा है।
